Here we facilitate reporting of matters such as improper solid waste disposal, collection delay, pollution or other related issues. The system offers various channels for the public to submit complaints: mobile and web applications, a toll-free number, direct submission to local self-governing bodies, and email. Public complaints are tracked, addressed promptly, and followed up by relevant authorities for continuous improvement.
